Compliance Manager is a browser based interface which can be affected by typical browser related issues. When customer report any of the following issues basic troubleshooting should include the following:
- What browser was used? Verify the issue across different browsers.
- Do you have any security add-ons to the browser? Poorly coded plugins can cause issues with browsers loading pages.
- Have you tried incognito mode? Run the browser in incognito mode (no plugins) and see if the issue persists.
- Verify the issue on a different machine.
- If the issue persists, note all the steps performed and submit a ticket to Rapidfire Tools Support.
