Exchange Collection Error - "No Mailboxes Found"

1. Check to make sure the user account's password does not have any special characters.
2. Make sure user is a Global Administrator.
3. For Exchange 2013, ensure that the World Wide Publiching service is running. (required for PS with Exchange)
